PADI Open Water Diver Certification
PADI Open Water Diver certifications are available for as low $350, provided that you can find an instructor. For your certification, you'll need to do at least four openwater dives. PADI knows that different learners learn in different ways so let's have a chat if you're open to a private course. We will go over the basics of diving and answer any questions.
A series of knowledge reviews will be required in addition to the Open Water Diver guide. The reviews are designed to test your skills, such as swimming and floatation. PADI recommends that students practice survival floats and skin diving before they begin the course. There are five chapters in the manual, each linked to 5 videos. Each video explains the answer to the knowledge review questions.

Skills for confined water diving
The PADI Instructor Manual contains a list of skills required for each confined water diving level. These skills include ascent and descend, mask clearing, neutral buoyancy at different depths and setting up and using your equipment. These skills are essential for open water diving but confined water diving can be much more fun. It is also much more fun. You can also dive under water and observe a range of wildlife.
PADI Open Water Divers experience starts at 8.30 am. There will be a brief orientation, theoretical sessions, and a practical session with confined water. During this time you'll learn to dive underwater, manage pressure and retrieve your regulator. You'll then embark on a PADI dive on a boat to the Atlantic Princess, a thirty-meter-long wreck rich in marine life.
Maximum training depth
Open Water certifications will teach you how safe to dive to the maximum allowed depth. However, the question that many Open Water certified divers have is how deep they can go. Most agencies allow up to 50 minutes of open water diving before they recommend that divers go deeper. These guidelines will help you decide what depth of open water diving is appropriate for you.
Advanced courses require that you can swim at least 50 feet/15 m without stopping. A typical course lasts 14 minutes. This means that you need to be capable of swimming 200 yards (185m), without stopping. It is also necessary to have all the equipment needed, including a single-cylinder with a minimum 72 foot capacity and sufficient supervision. You will also require an exposure suit to cover the course.

Requirements
A scuba certification course usually takes three to four days to complete. The course includes a manual, study sections, and quizzes. Instructors will help students answer their questions. Beginning their certification, students learn the basics of confined diving. After they have completed the confined diving, they are ready to dive open water. Students will be guided by an instructor who will also review the material.
Prospective divers must take four open water dives after completing the course. They will be taught proper diving techniques as well as safety procedures. A final examination will be administered after completing the theory and practical tests. Any certification requires passing this exam. The exam is used by the instructor to assess if the student understands important dive skills. The exam will test the student's knowledge of water pressure and teach them how to breathe underwater.
