Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
