Scuba gear

You must have scuba gear if you wish to explore the underwater world. Depending on how deep you plan to go, you'll need an air supply and a regulator to keep you from decompressing too quickly. You can also use a scuba gauge to know how much air is left in your cylinders. The gauge can be a separate device or built into your dive computer. You should ensure that the gauge has the correct rating for the depth at which you intend to dive.

Consider where you will be diving and your personal preferences when choosing gear. Some gear is universal and works well in most environments, while others are specific to one type of diving. The diving mask is an important piece in scuba gear, and it can be used for any type of diving, no matter the temperature or depth.
