Dive masters are professionals who help others go underwater. They lead organized and recreational dives. Job description of a dive master

The job description of a dive master includes a range of duties including supervision of customer dives, assessment of the risks, briefings, and leading dive groups. Divers can also have a variety of job descriptions. A dive master might be responsible to several aspects of a dive shop such as the operation and social media presence.
Instructors and supervisors of diving techniques teach and supervise in open water or swimming pools. They also supervise other activities like navigation exercises. Open water instructors will lead students on the tour portion of the dives. These include the navigation exercise, and the surface swim portion. A dive instructor's job may include the supervision of certified divers during a scuba certification course. Diving instructors' legal responsibility varies from one country to the next. A waiver can be signed by a dive instructor to exempt them from legal liability in certain countries.
Certification requirements
To be a good divemaster, you must complete a course. The Divemaster course covers everything you need to know about managing divers, setting up dive sites, managing diver flows and finding the right flow for diving. Divemasters must take two-part exams in addition to the courses. The candidates must score at the least 75% on each portion of the exam in order to pass. The PADI Instructor Guide and the eRDPML will be used to prepare for the exam. Students will also have to prepare an emergency plan and perform five water skills exercises. The total scores must not exceed fifteen. Divemasters must be certified after completing the course.
Internship requirement
To become a Divemaster, there are many internship opportunities. You may be asked to assist in other PADI Courses, or even set up dive sites. You may also be required to assist with skill circuits. An internship will have a defined pattern. A typical internship will last eight weeks. In the same period, you may become an Advanced Open Water Diver. After four to five weeks of training, it is possible to become a Divemaster, Dive Guide, or Divemaster.
You may also be able to find a free internship for Divemasters in addition to paid internships. Although internships are not always the best, it will give you plenty of time to learn and receive advice from Divemasters. Additionally, you may be able to receive the necessary manuals, certification, and equipment as part of your internship. You must also know the requirements for enrolling in any Divemaster course.
