Maxwel Hohn, a professional adventurer, photographer and filmmaker, has over 4000 dives to his credit. Maxwel Hohn lives on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He enjoys exploring the coast and diving. Hollis Scuba gear is used to help him improve his skills and aid in his projects.

Bob Hollis

Bob Hollis, a pioneer in the diving industry and a local legend, is a member of International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame. He started diving in the mid 1950s and discovered a passion for underwater photography. This hobby required special equipment. Hollis' engineering degree allowed him to design his own housings for underwater camera. Hollis, a Hayward, California-based underwater camera retailer, opened Anchor Shack in 1965. Soon, he started to get mail orders for the housings.

The Hollis Scuba Oceanic brand has become one of the most famous and well-known names in Scuba Diving. The company was founded by Bob Hollis back in 1972 and has been synonymous with high-quality scuba equipment. Its products include rebreathers as well dive computers and unique diving masks with headsup displays. They have also been involved in the development of military diving equipment, including the MK-25, which is used by US Navy frogmen and other naval work divers.

The recalled dive computers have a faulty air flow control system that could cause the diver to lose control of their breathing underwater. These dive computers sold for an average of $1200 between November 2010, and July 2012. The defective units can be returned directly to the manufacturer or dealer for repair.

Hollis Scuba Warranty ensures that your equipment meets all your expectations. The warranty covers recreational scuba diving as long as the equipment is properly maintained. Hollis is available to help with any questions or concerns about your new equipment. This warranty does however not cover shipping costs. Furthermore, if you use your new equipment for military or commercial purposes, your warranty will be null and void.
