Is Scuba Elearning Right for You?

diver

Scuba eLearning is an online form of study, used by many professionals and educators. Scuba eLearning also includes engaging and prescriptive reviews about scuba techniques and principles. There are two important components to the eLearning: knowledge review via ReActivate eLearning and refresher training with PADI Professional. ReActivate participants receive a new certificate card and a ReActivated number. Divers who have already completed the ReActivate program with another training organization might be eligible for a ReActivate recognition card. ReActivate eLearning consists of 20 main sections, as well several scenarios.

PADI eLearning (Internet-based) is an online form of education.

PADI eLearning works in the same manner as traditional classroom learning, except that it is offered over the internet. Both the instructor and course content are the same. There are some differences. The eLearning program is not as detailed as the traditional classroom course, so the student must have some knowledge of computers and Internet technology to take advantage of it. Online courses are convenient for busy people, regardless of how they're delivered.

Online courses can only be enrolled using your PADI eLearning login. PADI requires students to create an account using their email address. This account can be used at no cost. You must have a valid email address to receive your eLearning materials. Your PADI training record must have your correct mailing address and email address so that you can receive your temporary cards and actual cards. You may also upload an older photo taken during your PADI certification course.

PADI eLearning programs rely on assessment, training and scoring. The online course includes Quick Quiz-Self Assessments (QQAs), which appear after each material segment. By answering a short question, the student selects an answer. If the student answers incorrectly, they are shown the correct answer. They are then directed to the appropriate section.
